Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account information: email address, internal user ID, authentication status, credit balance, and account activity.
• Listing content: uploaded clothing photos, filenames, listing drafts, measurements, brands, sizes, colors, descriptions, prices, SKUs, and export information.
• Usage and security data: device identifiers, hashed device and network information, request logs, error information, timestamps, and actions taken in the service.
• Payment information: credit bundle, purchase amount, Stripe checkout and payment identifiers, and transaction status. Complete card information is handled by Stripe and is not stored by SuperLister.
• Support information: messages and information you send when requesting help, a refund, or account deletion.

2. How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, provide listing generation and exports, store account history, calculate and protect credits, process purchases and refunds, prevent duplicate promotional claims and misuse, troubleshoot errors, maintain security, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Photo processing and public URLs

Uploaded photos are processed to identify listing details and create drafts. Because marketplace CSV imports require image links, stored listing photos may be assigned publicly accessible URLs. Anyone with a photo URL may be able to view it. Do not upload photos containing people, home addresses, labels with personal information, financial information, or other sensitive content.

4. Service providers

We share information only as reasonably necessary with providers that help operate SuperLister, including:

• Supabase for authentication and account data;
• OpenAI for processing listing photos and generating structured listing information;
• Stripe for payments and transaction records;
• Cloudflare and OpenAI Sites for hosting, delivery, security, and stored image access; and
• Resend for authentication and service email delivery.

These providers process information under their own agreements and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

5. Retention and deletion

Account information, saved listings, and uploaded photos are retained while your account is active so your work remains available. You may initiate deletion through the Delete account control in SuperLister or email support@superlister.app. During the beta, deletion requests may be reviewed and completed manually and may take up to 30 days.

We may retain limited fraud-prevention, security, transaction, tax, dispute, and legal records after account deletion when reasonably necessary. Publicly cached copies of photo URLs may take additional time to disappear from third-party systems.

6. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support. You may also sign out and stop using the service. SuperLister does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. California privacy information

California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, or delete personal information and to receive equal service when exercising applicable privacy rights. To submit a request, use the Delete account control or contact support from the email associated with your account. We may need to verify the request before acting.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated accounts, server-managed credentials, access controls, and abuse protections. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Age restriction

SuperLister is intended only for people age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. United States service

SuperLister is currently offered in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date will show the latest revision. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to support@superlister.app.
