Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these Terms

By creating an account or using SuperLister, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy and Refund and Credit Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and availability

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use SuperLister. You may use the service only if you can legally enter into this agreement. SuperLister may limit or discontinue beta access at any time.

3. What SuperLister provides

SuperLister turns clothing photos and seller instructions into editable resale-listing drafts, suggested attributes, suggested prices, and export files. Outputs are generated from the information and photos you provide.

Marketplace rules and file requirements may change. You are responsible for checking every draft, measurement, price, category, brand, size, photo, and export before publishing.

4. Accounts and security

You must provide an email address you control and keep access to that account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not create multiple accounts to obtain additional promotional credits or bypass account, credit, security, or usage limits.

5. Credits and payments

• One successfully created listing normally uses one credit.
• A generation that does not successfully create a listing should not consume a credit.
• Free or promotional credits have no cash value and are not transferable.
• Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains active, unless we clearly disclose a different rule before purchase.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. SuperLister does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund and Credit Policy.

6. Your photos and content

You retain ownership of the photos, text, trademarks, and other content you upload. You confirm that you own that content or have permission to use it. You give SuperLister a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, format, and transmit the content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.

Listing photo URLs may be publicly accessible so they can be included in marketplace export files. Do not upload identification documents, financial information, private communications, photos of people, or other sensitive material.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use SuperLister to:

• Break any law or marketplace rule;
• List counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, or infringing goods;
• Upload content you do not have the right to use;
• Misrepresent a product, brand, size, condition, price, or measurement;
• Probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or bypass the service or its protections;
• Share, resell, or automate access to an account without written permission; or
• Use multiple identities, devices, or accounts to obtain duplicate free credits.

8. Beta service and generated results

SuperLister is an early-stage service. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, or rejected by a marketplace. Suggested prices are general estimates, not appraisals or promises of sale value. Measurements and size suggestions may be wrong. Always independently review the item and the final listing.

9. Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, investigate suspected violations, comply with law, or maintain the service. You may request account deletion through the Delete account control or by contacting support.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperLister is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy, marketplace acceptance, sales, profits, search ranking, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing generated by SuperLister is legal, tax, financial, or professional advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperLister and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for marketplace action, lost listings, lost data, inaccurate output, or lost sales. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to SuperLister during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some laws do not allow certain limitations, so these limits apply only to the extent permitted.

12. Changes to the service or Terms

We may update the service and these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when appropriate, communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in California, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
